Water Forever International is a young Dutch company that is about to start operating in Kenya, where we will work under the name Maji Milele Ltd. Water Forever is a Maintenance and Service company for prepaid water points.
The first prepaid water point was installed in October last year (see www.youtube.com/watch?v=ufN_tEXlzEY) and there are 3 prepaid water points now.
Many more prepaid water points (hand pumps, motorized boreholes, standpipes, domestic connections, etc.) are expected soon.

Water Forever will act as a social enterprise which means that we want to offer services that really give added value to societies, while salaries for top staff are somehow limited.
We look for a Business Executive Manager with the potential and interest to grow into the business and to become General Manager after some time.
Roles: You support the Dutch General Manager in all aspects of management.
This includes starting up the business, finance, sales, establishing business contracts, designing training modules for regional mechanics, marketing and communication.
You are available 24/7 to handle and resolve calls about malfunctioning water points .
Requirements:
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Business experience, preferably also in designing business contracts (experience/knowledge of legal affairs is appreciated),
- Excellent sales capacities and experience, preferably also to NGOs/local governments
- Excellent skills and experience in writing project proposals
- Strong computer skills, preferably with very good knowlegde of Windows and Excel
- Experience in using social media for professional purposes
- You have the ambition and the capacity to gradually grow into the role of General Business manager
- Your attitude is more focused on delivering excellent services for clients than on immediate high financial reward for yourself. Water Forever prefers to work with people that accept a moderate salary, to be supplemented by bonuses related to business growth and work performance.
- A technical background (mechanical engineering) is an additional asset
- You are flexible, very honest, and a person of high integrity.

Salary offer: KSH 140.000-220.000 per month and bonuses up to 50% of this salary.
Salary and bonuses depend very much on experience, capacities, performance delivery and business growth.
We prefer candidates that are interested in growing into this new company: you start as executive business manager with a moderate salary.
Depending on performance you will get bonuses and you will get the opportunity to become General Manager within one year
