Request for Proposal for Provision of IT Asset Management Services
Kenya Airways (KQ) a world Class Network Airline invites proposal from reputable firms for the provision of IT Asset Management services.
The Request for Proposal document can be downloaded from www.kenya-airways.com in the I-supplier section under corporate information.
A non refundable fee of Kshs 5,000 is payable in cash or by banker’s cheque to the Cash Office at the Head Quarters on North Airport Road, Embakasi during normal working hours of 9 am to 4 pm.
The original receipt showing proof of payment should be attached to the RFP documents at the point of return.
The RFP documents should be completed and submitted in two parts (separately) namely:
“Technical Bid “- Technical specifications (Provide confirmation to compliance with minimum specification provided)
And
“Financial Proposal” – Financial Proposal should provide a comprehensive valuation fee.
The response to RFP will be returned to the Tender Box at Kenya Airways main gate at Head Office, Embakasi within stipulated time in this RFP.
They should be in ONE envelope addressed to:

Both Financial Proposal and Technical must be separate but in one envelope.

Kenya Airways Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any application partially or in whole
without giving any reasons in decision made.
