Job in Khartoum Sudan for Head Chef 2014
Our client an international hotel based in Khartoum Sudan is looking for a Head Chef.
The successful candidate MUST have international experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- To supervise the production of food items according to the recipes.
- To supervise and maintain the standards in terms of quality and proficiency.
- Supervise and maintain high levels of personal hygiene.
- Place orders with food suppliers.
- Receive and check food deliveries from suppliers.
- Control and issue internal requisitions.
- Perform stock counts and maintain rotation policies.
- To train and improve skills of subordinates.
Qualification:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality.
- Must have 5 – 7 years of experience in a 4 / 5 star hotel.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 212,500 – 255,000/= (Approx. 2,500 – 3,000 USD)depending on experience
