The position involves developing sales within the assigned territory, both with the existing customer base and more importantly with new customers. 

The company’s real thrust to grow, manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

What we offer

  • Responsibility for completing customer technical requests testing and updating the TCS database.
  • Develop project pipelines with Currency values and completion dates to grow the sales over a specific time period.
  • Shared responsibility for product recommendations, New product demonstrations, and troubleshooting for direct customers
  • Support SBU/Regional/ project initiatives
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Safe selling i.e. closes sales and collects receivables.
  • Meet monthly ,quarterly and yearly sales target
  • Continuously demonstrate good knowledge in innovative Adhesive Technologies.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Who we are looking for
  • University Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • 3 Years’ Experience in technical applications or sales.
  • Fluency in oral and written English
  • Proven selling and negotiation skills
  • Enthusiastic, target/performance driven and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Computer skilled, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Good knowledge in innovative Adhesive Technologies
