Company Profile: Our Client is a registered Insurance Broking firm in Kenya
Role: Business Development Manager
Reports To: General Manager
Location: Nairobi
Duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct market Research for product development in collaboration with underwriters
- Manage existing clients and ensure they are satisfied with the services
- Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients
- Submit progress reports and ensure accuracy of the data to assist in decision making
- Ensure prompt and decisive handling of customer issues
- Ensure targets are achieved
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in business related field
- Have a professional qualification in ACII/or DIP.AIIK or good progress in the same.
- At least 6 years experience in marketing ,with a proven track record, preferably in insurance industry
- Those with experience in medical insurance will have added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and Communication skills
- Aged between 30-40 years
- Be a Kenyan Citizen
