MUST be in triplicate (3 copies) on PSC Form 3 (revised 2008) obtained from Secretaries to District Service Commissions Countrywide or Public Service
Commission, Kampala. Serving Officers MUST route their applications through their Heads of Departments who should be informed of the closing
date to avoid delays. Serving Officers already in the same salary scales need not to apply. Applicants who will have not got communication at the
