Applicants must be holders of a Masters Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration or other Management areas from a recognized University plus CPS (K)

OR

a Masters Degree and Legal Training with at least five years’ experience at the level of Senior Administrative Assistant (Grade 10) in a University setting or an equivalent grade in a large Public Institution.
In addition, the applicant must be conversant with modern trends in records management with strong background in information Technology.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Providing logistical support to Council
  • Preparation of Council and Committee agenda documents
  • Provide secretarial duties to Council
  • Ensure the Council Meetings are run according to schedule
  • Provide effective and efficient service through provision of materials for Council and Committee meetings
  • Taking accurate recordings of deliberations of Council
  • Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure documentation required for Council meetings are availed in time.
Salary Scale 12: Kshs. 72,559 x 2,363 – 86,734 x 2,944 – 95,566
