Applications are invited for the following teaching posts for September 2014.
Secondary Section
1. English / Drama – ‘A’ Level -Ref No: PA/SEC/ENGD/1/2014
2. Spanish – ‘A’ Level – Ref No: PA/SEC/SP/1/2014
3. Mathematics – ‘A’ Level – Ref No: PA/SEC/MA/1/2014
4. Sociology – ‘A’ Level – Ref No: PA/SEC/SOC/1/2014
The applicants should:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject(s). (A Masters degree in the relevant discipline will be an added advantage)
- Possess a Teacher Service Commission (TSC) registration certificate
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and internet
- Have exposure to the British National Curriculum
- Have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience.
Primary Section
1. Key Stage 1 – Ref No: PA/PRI/KS1/1/2014
2. Key Stage 2 – Ref No: PA/PRI/KS2/1/2014
3. Music – Ref No: PA/PRI/MUS/1/2014
4. P.E – Ref No: PA/PRI/PE/1/2014
5. Spanish – Ref No: PA/PRI/SP/1/2014
6. ICT – Ref No: PA/PRI/ICT/1/2014
The applicants should:
- Have the relevant teaching qualifications. (A degree in Early Childhood Education will be an added advantage)
- Possess a Teacher Service Commission (TSC) registration certificate
- Be competent in teaching English and Mathematics
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and internet
- Have exposure to the British National Curriculum
- Have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience.
Kindergarten Section
1. Kindergarten Teacher
Ref No: PA/KG/KT/1/2014
The applicants should:
- Have a diploma in Early Childhood Education from either KHA or Montessori
- Have a child-centered approach to teaching
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and internet
- Have exposure to the British National Curriculum
- Have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience.
2. Learning Support
Ref No: PA/KG/LS/1/2014
The applicants should:
- Be able to provide specialist learning support throughout the Kindergarten
- Be able to write Individual Educational Programmes (IEPs), monitor pupils’ progress and revise IEPs
- Have relevant qualifications in handling specific learning difficulties
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and internet
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in this field.
