Vet Labs Sports Club (Golf) seeks General Manager-Job in Kenya 2014
The Vet Labs Sports Club (Golf) is seeking to fill the position of a General Manager (GM), who is the overall administrator of the Club overseeing the performance of all the five departments of the Club.
The Club has an 18-hole Golf course and it seeks a dynamic GM capable of implementing the rest of the Club’s strategic plan as instructed by the Main Committee.
He/she will be responsible for supervision and evaluation of the Club members of staff, based upon a clear set of evaluation criteria and task orders provided to the staff member.
The successful candidate will be a mature person capable of working independently with minimal supervision and developing a rapport with a diverse club membership.
He/she should have a Business Administration or equivalent academic training with at least 5 years experience in senior management position.
He/she should be of high Integrity.
An understanding of Golf Club management is not required but an added advantage.
