Request for Proposal for Customer Satisfaction Survey

JKUAT is an institution of higher learning whose mission is to offer accessible quality training, research and innovation in order to produce leaders in the field of Agriculture, Engineering, Technology, Enterprise Development, Built Environment, Health Sciences, Social Sciences and other Applied Sciences to suit the needs of a dynamic world.

JKUAT invites proposals from interested bidders to conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Details on the terms of reference, evaluation criteria and format for submitting the bids are contained in the Request For Proposal (RFP) document to be obtained from the Department of Procurement-JKUAT Main Campus (Juja) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh. 1000 payable in cash or bankers cheque.

Sealed envelope containing separate Technical and Financial proposals clearly marked “RFP for Customer Satisfaction Survey” and TENDER NO: JKUAT/136/2013-2014 without identifying the sender, must be accompanied by duly completed forms and be placed in the Tender Box at the Department of Procurement, JKUAT Main Campus not later than Friday 7th February, 2014 at 11.30
a.m. Completed documents, in plain sealed envelope should be addressed to:

Bids will be opened immediately after closing time at the New Board Room, JKUAT Main Campus in the presence of bidders/their representatives who wish to attend.
