Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and monitor sales & marketing activities to achieve established targets
• Reporting to Director- Sales & Marketing
• Conduct market research to identify product additions as by the group’s goals
• Implement the organization’s overall sales strategy
• Developing the marketing strategy and plan
• Customer relationship management
• Handle sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, and credit and collections ensuring timely payment
• Coach sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization’s products and services while ensuring targets are met
• Work with local & national distributors and brokers to negotiate and set prices of product & services
• Attend on-premise promotional events on behalf of the company.
• Create and maintain an organized list of key territory accounts, including on and off premise accounts
• To create new accounts/stock lists on regular basis
• Making customer focused decisions
