Position: Sales Executives

Job Description

  • Selling of vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions.
  • Delivery of set volume and revenue targets for the assigned regions.
  • Be capable of demonstrating achievement of sales targets and brand penetration for assigned geographic areas or segments
  • Reporting to management any new developments in the sales field that concern the business, including competitor activities
  • Required to fill vacancies in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru and Nyeri immediately.
Skills
  • Excellent written/oral communication
  • Strong customer relationship management skills/focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communications skills.
  • Candidate must be an aggressive sales person that can work with targets.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Persuasive in sales closing ability
  • Self-starter requiring little supervision
Qualifications
  • Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing
  • Experience is Sales is MANDATORY.
  • Experience in the field of location based technology is highly desired
  • Strong direct sales and relationship management experience.
  • Proven and consistent sales success
  • Proven strategic thinking
  • Excellent computer skills including all of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
