A well known Company in tourism & hospitality industry & has branches countrywide is recruiting for Personal Assistant to CEO.

As a competent Personal Assistant you have to make it easy by organizing effectively where he needs to be & what he is doing.
To that matter you have to be trustworthy.
The successful lady MUST meet the following:
- Business diploma or a degree is essential.
- 3 years experience in the same capacity (experience in accounting, legal & tourism.)
- Mature & very organized.
- Polished communications skills – both verbal and written.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Great planning skills.
- Accurate reporting skills.
Some duties & Responsibilities:
- Organizing diaries.
- Typing correspondence.
- Arranging meetings.
- Managing confidential information.
- Making phone calls, screening phone calls & directing appropriately.
- Receiving guests & directing them accordingly.
- Supervising junior staff.
- Organizing travel arrangements.
- Writing reports.
- Conducting other administration duties from time to time.
Duty station: Nairobi.
Anticipated start date: Immediately.
