Human Resource Manager – Male
Duties
- In charge of all human resources duties including over 100 employees
- Answerable to the Managing director.
- Must be good in payroll processing.
- Must have excellent experience in CBA negotiations.
- Advisor to the entire management on HR matters.
- Setting up HR structures
- Policy formulations.
- Spearheading CBA negotiations.
- Working hand in hand with the line managers.
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years experience as a HR Manager handling complex matters.
- Must be smart and shard in approaching and handling HR matters
- Must be bold, confident and an excellent communicator.
- Must be excellent in communication.
- Must be mature in character and interactions.
- Age 30+ years.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and professional in handling employee and management team.
- Experience in a manufacturing company or industry is a MUST.
Salary is 100k per month depending on experience.
