Reports to Head Finance and Administration and the job entails providing HR administrative support on day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-run development of HR function specifically during an initial phase of recruitment growth and development. HR administrator supports the Head of Finance and Administration and Head of Business Environment in providing a comprehensive HR service to staff within the council.
Entry Standards:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources and Public Administration. An accredited Certification from ‘recognized institute is an added advantage.
Should have at least 2 – 3 years of working experience as HR practitioner in a recognized organization.
