Duties:

• Collection of outstanding debts from clients and achieve collection targets.
• Create an effective weekly working schedule
• To investigate relevant debt through examining data on systems and coming up with a strategic plan on how to recover it
• Provide accurate, effective and appropriate response to customer inquires about their accounts.
• Participate in setting of meaningful and challenging indicators and targets.

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in business management
• Experience of not less than 4 years in a similar role
• Excellent Communication and Customer Care skills
• Ability to use Computer software packages
