The client is seeking to recruit for the following position:
Administrative Assistant
Position Summary: Successful candidate will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the workflow of the company by studying methods and developing reporting procedures to gain the company’s success
- Co-ordinating the preparation of data reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions to give the solution for administrative problem of the company
- Maintaining the filing system of the company such as hardcopy, softcopy that are related to the job
- Preparing and modifying documents related to the job such as memos, notifications, letters, drafts and emails
- Preparing the written responses for various routine inquiries of the company
- Reviews, analyzes and reports on periodic expenditures
- Assisting the Managing Director as necessary
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with superb accuracy
- Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with customers and internal departments
- Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
The Successful Candidate MUST meet the following Requirements:
- Diploma holder; University/College degree an asset
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Administrative Assistant
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with superb accuracy and time management skills
- Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
