Coca-Cola Sabco Tanzania requires the services of a Promotions manager, to be based in Dar es Salaam. The incumbent will directly report to the respective Trade Marketing manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate the national and local promotional calendar, Drive alignment of Picture of Success for promotions and special events for the region, Manage new product launches, Evaluate promotional success, Develop and implement local promotions, Manage and generate guidelines for experiential initiatives (hard sell initiative / sampling new products), Champion the Direct Marketing Expenditure process, Formulate and managed budgets for Promotions, Manage the assets register and verification process, Manage Special Events and National Sports Events aligned with brand protocol, Managed staff Performance and Capability Development.
Job Requirements
A minimum of a degree in Sales or Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or any other related field, excellent communication skills in English and Swahili, planning, organizing and controlling, leadership and project, management skills, problem solving (sales & marketing), customer focus, numerical skills (financial), assertiveness, time management, be able to work within a team and demonstrate high integrity and honesty work ethics. Fast Moving Consumable Goods (FMCG) experience is essential.
At least 2 years working experience in sales, marketing, promotions or related field.
