Medical doctor with at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience¨

At least two years of project management, leadership, and supervisory experience is highly desired

Ability to work independently and take initiative, work cooperatively with a diverse team, and commitment to learning and improving finance and managerial skills

Strong communication, writing and presentation skills¨, and highly responsive via email and phone

Proven ability to exercise good judgment and diplomacy

Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple assignments, prioritize work flow,adapt to fluctuating workload, and meet deadlines

Computer skills in word processing and spreadsheets, including Microsoft ¨Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Kinyarwanda, English and French proficiency required
