Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor-(Two Posts)

Duty Station: Dar es Salaam

Responsibilities:-

• Establishes the manpower requirements for the job at hand and ensures adequacy of workers.           .
• Reviews work load and assigns duties accordingly
• Places orders for adequate packaging materials from the stores
• Checks and ensures that the strapping and sealing machines are ill good working order
• Forwards the print order to the Production Manager and checks strip list against labels to ensure that they tally for smooth operations, alerting circulation department on any anomalies
• Coordinates the conveying, collating, knocking, counting, wrapping and counter checking processes of dispatch so as to meet the set deadlines

Qualifications and Experience:

• University Degree
• Diploma in Material Management
• I to 3 years working experience
