• 3 years work experience in Marketing/Customer service.
• At least 2 years working experience in healthcare facility
• Nursing experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing and Advertising of the hospital
• Develop and recommend policies and procedures to improve patient care and utilization of ward resources.
• Networking with other service providers and companies.
• Participate in the development of systems relevant to areas of responsibility
• Ensure the safety of patients and staff working in the ward through development of sound practice and policies.
• Supportive role in Business improvement initiatives
• Manage the ward budget and develop the service over time.
• Monitor, verify and reconcile expenditures of budgeted funds
• Maintain interface with doctors, patients and administrative staff to provide information and to resolve problems relating to ward services
