This will include the following:

• Design and implement a staff-training programme to improve customer service and efficiency
• Agree personal job objectives with each member of staff and provide them with regular feedback.
• Optimise allocation of staff roles, responsibilities and work shifts.
• Identifying training and development needs (Technical and Behavioral) within the unit through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with all HODs and human resources departments;
• Coordinating with various Hotel Management Colleges and source Industrial Trainees. Designing and developing training and development programmes based on both the organisation’s needs & individual’s needs as per the hotel standards
• Coordinate with HODs in the unit and work in a team to produce programmes that improve the skills of the staff and result in guest satisfaction.
• Developing effective induction programmes, producing training materials for inhouse courses; managing the delivery of training and development programmes.
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of staff & trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers; evaluating training and development programmes;
• Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;
• Helping HODs and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one toone basis or in groups
• Conducting pre audit drills for front office, house keepings , service etc.
• Review the operational procedures of the hotel, develop and implement this to ensure effective management and control

• At least 4 years experience in a similar role
• A Hotel related course or related field
