Operations Manager – Security Job Vacancy In Kenya Today 2013
Our Client is in the security industry and is currently looking for an Operations Manager.
The Role would entail:
- Carry out all duties in the Security Operations
- Ensure that full training and personnel records are maintained
- Ensure that security plans are implemented, updated, revised and tested on a regular basis.
- Manage and co-ordinate all communications and Control Room requirements
- Develop, oversee and implement orders where required.
- Develop reporting procedures for security incidents.
- Assist with the management of site security and safety systems to identify any deficiencies.
- Conduct effective performance evaluations and mentor all personnel through formal channels.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
The Ideal Candidate:
- High standard of education and demonstrable personal development
- Professional Security Management qualifications would be a bonus
- Commercial Security Management experience
- A minimum of 2 years recent operational management
