Genesis Ltd a local company in Rwanda is a subsidiary of Ebony Enterprises based in Israel. We offer business consulting and market analysis services in different industries like Agriculture. Infrastructure, Power and Energy. Telecommunication among others and we deliver valued results to our clients Worldwide.
Genesis Ltd undertakes different projects locally and implements thorn jointly with the Parent Company in Israel. The Operations Manager with oversee these projects and supervise a team of Finance administration and Information Technology staff while reporting directly to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
Under the overall direction of the Managing Director, participate in the successful implementation of the company’s project portfolio assuring that all operational functions fully support project activities and are compliant with the company policies and procedures.
-Produce financial analyses and other reports and may be required by the parent company.
-Responsible for direct supervision of the administrative team and the If department
-Provides performance development plans and work assignments fur the administrative staff and carries out biannual reviews of their performance bused on the individual plans.
-Prepare monthly cash flow projection for the parent company to process and approve and oversee monthly financial reporting to the parent company, assuring accuracy and timeliness.
-Establish information technology systems that are compatible with Genesis Ltd parent company office IT systems and operational facilities to support the staff and programming.
-Oversee the preparation of local payroll and benefits administer benefits plan and maintain current standing with all inundated tax and registrations including submission of payments and required reports.
-Perform ether duties on assigned by the General Manager and Parent company team.
Qualifications:
-A Masters Degree from a reputable University with at least 5 years relevant work experience
-Demonstrated ability in analyzing financial documents, projections, expenditures, and accruals.
-Strung knowledge in the Information technology sector preferably with 3 years experience in the IT sector -Experience marking in an International environment
-Fluency in English and Hebrew fur smooth communication with the Parent company in Israel
The position is a full-time position for a grass amount of 25,000USD per annum, the final price to be negotiated according to the caliber of the candidate.
