• The CSD MANAGER will be responsible for developing the systems architecture, defining standards and protocols for data exchange, communications, software and interconnection for information systems. 14. Brand Manager

As Image Specialist responsible for:
? Ensuring that all Tigo brand design executions for internal and external customers always comply with the Tigo brand design manual
? Developing POS communication complying with Tigo brand guidelines
? Planning the development and purchase of promotional branded articles and materials
? Ensuring consistency and guidelines compliance of all POS communication and promotional articles
? Accomplishing budget for promotional branded articles and communications
? Coordinating with providers to develop projects and promotional articles following Tigo brand guidelines

Leader
? Actively participates in (team) meetings

? Meets frequently with the Brand Communication Manager, and other relevant members of the Consumer, and Go to market departments

Manager

? Ensures that relevant information is received, delivered and transferred on time
? Interprets the feedback from relevant functional areas and converts them into action plan
? Provides input for the Brand communications planning cycle
? Contributes to the development and implementation of the Brand communications action plan

Ambassador
? Contributes to Tigo’s network(s) in own area of expertise
? Makes optimal use of external service suppliers and authorities in own area of responsibility

Entrepreneur/ Brand Image Coordination
? Responsible for planning and executing promotional goodies acquisitions
? Responsible for managing development of brand communication at the POS
? Responsible for managing the business relationship with Creative agencies
? Responsible that all Tigo executions comply with the design manual at all company internal and external contact points

15. Corporate Accountant Executive

16. DMS IT Support

As a DMS IT Support, you are accountable for the optimizing DMS platform to ensure the quality of the distribution information obtained from the DMS Field Supervisor and other sources. This includes working with the technical deployments, system integration technical support, and training, ensuring SOX and regulatory compliances.

1. Technical Operational

 

  • Provide technical deployment and implementation of DMS in operations working with the Africa regional project team.
  • Ensure DMS is integrate with the other systems to generate all distribution related reports
  • Become the technical support interface by working with supplier and Millicom project team and operations, for the system support and trouble shooting of the following:

 

– Mapinfo Professional
– DMS Database
– SMSC connection
– OTA operations
– Smart Trust Applications

2. Training

 

Train operational resources in technical skills to manage and support the technical aspects of the DMS

3. Control and regulatory compliance

 

Ensure all IT control policies are adherent
