A property development company in Mombasa is looking for Maintenance Personnel, to perform the following specific duties in the capacity of apartments general maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- General maintenance of power and plumbing installations of 40 apartments and compound.
- Report to the supervisor of all incidences and steps taken or to be taken to correct such incidences.
- Minimum qualification-certificate in electrical/plumbing inotations/maintenance or equivalent. and 2 years working experience.
- Mature person.
- Team player and aggressive.
- Experience in maintenance is an added advantage.
