Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, budgeting and implementation of the HR strategies and objectives.
• Ensure the compliance of HR policies and procedures.
• Regularly review and update HR policies.
• Lead in manpower planning and implementation.
• Coordinate staff orientation and induction.
• Lead in the planning and implementation of the staff performance management process.
• Plan, manage and monitor staff training and development.
• Ensure the maintenance of a harmonious and productive employee relation.
• Lead and build a motivated performance driven HR and Administration team.
Qualification:
• Minimum of a post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management or Organization Psychology.
Experience:
Essential
• ? Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a Senior HR Management role.
Added Advantage;
• ? Experience in a Senior HR Management role in an NGO environment.
