Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Offer excellent customer care services to the Institution’s clients/visitors
• Collaborate with Parliamentary security personnel on controlling access arid ensuring adherence to security procedures
• Offer help desk services
• Maintain a front desk log book/calendar of important events to ensure prompt response to queries
• Coach and supervise junior officers
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• The applicant should possess an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Leisure and Hospitality Management or Tourism from a recognized University/lnstitution
• Good customer care, communication and public relations skills
• Events/conference management skills
• Good telephone etiquette
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work long hours
Age Limit: 21 -27 Years
