A leading security company is seeking to recruit highly qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position of Security Officer.
The position will report to the Guarding Services Manager.
Job Purpose: Ensure effective and efficient supervision of guards in area of jurisdiction
Key Tasks
Supervise guards within area of jurisdiction according to the company’s guarding services procedures, rules and regulations at the same time provide utmost customer care service to company’s clients.
- Ensure effective supervision of area of jurisdiction.
- Ensure client issues are escalated and attend to within set time professional and standard.
- Ensure discipline amongst the guarding uniformed staff is maintained across the board within the branch network
- Deployment of Guards.
- Attending Timaan Parades.
- Visiting clients.
- Liaising with branch managers, operation manager or district to ensure effective and efficient running of Guarding services.
Required Qualifications
- ‘O’ Level Certificate
- Diploma holders added advantage
- Age above 30 years
- Military background a must either from KDF, KWS, Kenya Police, GSU, NYS or Administration Police. Must have be honorable discharged.
- Must be computer Literate
- Must have traits of self confidence and good communication skills
- Must be physically fit.
- Previous experience in private security service added advantage
- Possession of a valid motor cycle riding license is an added advantage
