Kisii Bottlers Limited, a leading beverage bottling franchise of The Coca Cola company is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the vacancies mentioned below:-

1. Sales Support Services Manager

Key Accountability / Result Areas:

Effective implementation of Bottler business plan.
Manage sales department performance measurement.
Effective and timely response to the customer complains.
Effective execution of all special events.
Effective management of promotional and sampling activities.
Effective management of consumer promotions.
Brand visibility management.
Ensure availability of all necessary elements to enhance promotion the trade.
Assist the Sales team in driving POS (RED).

Qualifications and competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Management.
Higher national Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
Minimum of two years working experience in similar position.
Excellent people management skills, Hands-on experience in public Relations.

2. Production Supervisor

Key Accountability/Result Areas:

Planning, controlling and managing materials and time resources
Ensuring production of safe and quality products by implementation of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) in the production hall.
Production data verification and generation of reports as required.
Conducting performance reviews and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives on the line.
Developing, motivating, communicating and disciplining personnel in the team.
Managing line efficiencies and operations.
Monitoring compliance to Occupational Safety and Health in the production hall and training of employees on matters related to Health and safety.
Managing the application of the Kisii Bottlers Management System based on the Coca Cola Operating Requirements (KORE),& the ISO Standard series i.e. ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 22000, and 22002-1,including the applicable legal and regulatory requirements, in his/her shift .
Carrying out any other assignments given by the Management from time to time

Qualifications and Competencies

Bsc (Food Science and Technology), Chemistry or Production Engineering.
Minimum 3years hands on experience in a busy manufacturing plant.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and Good organizational and planning skills
Self-motivated, result oriented and Good communication skills.
Good numeric skills and Must be computer literate.

3. Quality Assurance Manager

Key Accountability/Result Areas:

Reporting directly to The Managing Director, the principle accountability for the position will include the following:

Development and implementation of a quality plan for the company.
Implementation of the Coca Cola Operating Requirements(KORE)
Implementation of the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
Leading the Quality Assurance team in the plant and optimising their activities so that they can positively impact on quality performance results.
Ensuring that the plant purchases ingredients, packaging materials and auxiliary materials from approved suppliers and ensure that all the above materials meet company requirements.
Ensuring that there is 100% compliance to legal requirements regarding health & food safety, such as OHSA Act, NEMA Act, and Public Health Act among others.
Ensuring all the routine activities/processes are carried out in the Laboratory at the stipulated frequencies.
Carrying out frequent market surveys and control non-conforming products.
Preparation of quality assurance reports as appropriate.
Executing any other duties that may be assigned to him/her from time to time.

Qualifications and Competencies

A Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Food Technology/Industrial Processing.
Experience in quality control and quality assurance and implementation of ISO Standards, KORE, Food Safety Management System and Health, Safety & Environment
5 years’ experience in quality assurance, 3 of which should be in a supervisory level.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with and motivate team members and provide strong leadership skills
