Real Estate Clerk of Works(KShs 60K – 70K) recruitment Vacancy in Kenya 2013
Our client in the Real Estate and Construction industry is looking for a Clerk of Works whose job purpose shall be to oversee and co-ordinate all the construction works, workers and contractors on site.
Salary: KShs 60,000 – 70,000
In addition he shall be the link between the developers and the contractors offering invaluable insight on the projects.
- KCSE with a mean grade of C Plain or more
- Degree/Diploma in Structural / Construction / Civil Engineering a reputable institution
- 3 Years experience in large scale housing development under the supervision of registered consultants
- Having experience in Quantity Surveying works will be an added advantage
- Proof of no criminal record
- Be conversant with the relevant building regulations / policies / statutes/safety and health requirements as stipulated by the relevant statutory /professional improving/licensing authorities
