Properties & Facilities Manager

Reporting to the Director of Property Agency Services, the incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day management, administration, operation and service delivery for the company’s property portfolio
 

Principal Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for heading the Department
  • Rental and service charge collection through invoicing and collection of service charge for rental premises
  • Preparation for annual charge service budget and assisting in reconciliations
  • Maintain building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs
  • Enforce occupancy policies and procedures
  • Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenancy complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and contracting with landscaping services
  • Secures property by contracting with security services; installing and maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedure; and responding to emergencies
  • Champion the highest ethical, professional and moral standards in all dealings with tenants, suppliers and service providers
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
  • A Bachelors degree in real estate or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in property management
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organization and negotiation skills.
Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Director of Property Agency Services, the incumbent is responsible for developing effective, brand-reinforcing strategies that enhance the company’s ability to successfully execute business objectives.
 
Principal Accountabilities
  • Responsible for heading the Department
  • Responsible for marketing the Group and the Company’s developments
  • Creation, implementation and measurement of success of comprehensive marketing program to enhance the company’s products in the market
  • Provide marketing skills and expertise by building, developing and managing internal and external resources to carry out marketing strategies
  • Responsible for oversight for design, production and design of all marketing publications
  • Develop short term and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing programs and the associated activities
  • Manage staff and vendors to maintain and develop top quality website and corporate marketing collateral and messaging.
  • Follow up with buyers and tenants after transactions to solicit feedback on the transaction experience
  • Ensure that in all marketing strategies and at all times, a professional corporate image is projected which promotes the Group brand
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
  • A Bachelors’ degree in marketing and communications or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with a top rate advertising/marketing company is an added advantage
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Creative thinking and assertiveness
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Skilled in creating analysing and understanding marketing plans and budgets.
Agency Manager
Reporting to the Director of Property Agency Services, the incumbent is responsible for market research, the letting and sales function within the property portfolio and for maintaining as close to 100% sales and letting status for the portfolio at all given times
 
Principal Accountabilities
  • Responsible for heading the Department
  • Undertake property/sale searches for potential purchase and keeping database for property/sites available for sale
  • Collection of data on various categories of specific properties and sectors of the property market
  • Analyze market comparables for various sections of the property market using the appropriate methodology
  • Meet, greet prospective customers and closing sales at the earliest opportunity and at the best targeted pricing
  • Vet prospective tenants by collecting references and carrying out credit checks
  • Keeping up to date with trends in the local property market
  • Coordinate all closing sales using the company’s checklist
  • Follow up on leads generated by specific marketing campaigns and monitor sales
  • Organize and follow up with the relevant professionals for property valuations
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
  • A Bachelors’ degree in Real Estate or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a busy valuation and estate agency firm
  • Good knowledge of the local valuation and real estate market
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills
Property Agency Service Assistant
Reporting to the Director of Property Agency Services, the incumbent is responsible for undertaking the clerical duties in the department and assist in the smooth co-ordination of the various key roles of the department
Principal Accountabilities:
  • Keep track of production for advertising materials such as fliers and brochures
  • Enter new contact names, addresses, and emails from information request, open house guest books and other sources in the database
  • Carry out clerical tasks in the department
  • Undertake a variety of administrative duties; i.e. ordering stationery and supplies, accepting deliveries, screening phone calls and making copies
  • Follow up on letters/mail-shots with phone calls to ensure customers received the same correspondence
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
  • A Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Basic real estate training
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a busy real estate office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
