Vacancy: Personal Assistant 
Manage  day to day and electronic diary
Monitor CEO’s  emails and respond on his behalf.

Prepare and make my travel arrangements

Maintain effective office filing systems, quickly and accurately type documents;

Call twice daily and update Boss on the  day’s progress .

Take minutes on everyday, weekly, monthly meetings.

Prepare power point presentations for his meetings

To work closely with the suppliers e.g  getting quotations in a timely manner.
Ensuring deliveries are made on time
Respond to communications on his behalf, writing reports and executive summaries.
Having good IT skills:  Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint a good working knowledge of an email package e.g Microsoft Outlook.

Have a good understanding of internet marketing and search

Be calm and able to think on feet, and the ability to work well with others.

Work closely with offices in South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania and UK, in order to get the daily comprehensive report Be able to report to CEO.
