Request for Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for the Development and Implementation of a Performance Management System
Tender No. KETRACO/PT/016/2013
The Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited is a State Corporation whose mandate is to  build and operate the National Electricity Transmission Grid.
The Company plans to develop and implement the best Performance Management tool for Human Resource Management.

Purpose of the Consultancy is:

  • To develop and implement the most suitable performance management system for the organization.
  • To train staff on Performance Management.
Interested consultants must provide a statement of capabilities and experience indicating that they are qualified to perform the tasks.
Minimum requirements to be considered for short-listing are:
  • Detailed company profile including CV’S of 4 key staff demonstrating technical capability to undertake the assignment. The lead consultant should possess a minimum of a Master’s degree in relevant field.
  • Provide proof of having conducted assignment of similar nature for reputable clients (at least 3) in the last 3 years preferably in the public sector. Attach respective recommendation letters from these clients.
Complete Expression of Interest documents, in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked on top with the name and reference number of the consultancy should be addressed and delivered or sent to the address below so as to reach on or before the 23rd October, 2013 at 10:00a.m.
The submitted documents shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of those who choose to attend.
