Expression of Interest for the Human Resource Consultancy Services
The County Assembly Service Board of Kisumu is a corporate body with the responsibility of constituting offices in the County Assembly service and appointing and supervising office holders (Section 12(7) of the County Government Act, 2012) amongst other functions.
The Board invites for Expressions of Interest from Professional Human Resource Management Consultants to undertake the processing of job applications to fill the established offices within the County Assembly of Kisumu.
The specific tasks include:
1. Short listing of applicants for the positions advertised within the County Assembly Service.
2. Interviewing of the shortlisted candidates.
3. Recommending to the Board for consideration for appointment.
The bidders must provide the following:
- Proposal for the work together with the bidder’s profile, capability, key personnel and their respective curriculum vitae.
- A certified copy of certificate of registration with the relevant professional body and a letter confirming that the bidder is in good standing.
- Certificate of registration/Incorporation.
- Tax compliance certificate
- Evidence of physical address
- Evidence of similar works and magnitude.
A complete Expression of Interest document in plain sealed envelope clearly marked:”HR Consultancy Services” should be posted to:
