Our Client is a Mid Size Hotel currently looking for a Supervisor, who is strong in Accommodation and Conferencing
Job Description
- Supervise all day to day operations of the hotel
- deliver on standards and service levels
- implementing new service levels
- ensure delivery of effective staff training and management development programmes
- manage and exceed customer expectations, increasing satisfaction levels
- oversee control of operating budgets in line with hotel financial targets
- maximising revenue opportunities
- ensure effective and open communication across all departments
Required Experience
- Must have a strong background in Conferencing and Accommodation
- open communicator, able to motivate and inspire your team
- positive personality, able to crate a vibrant work environment
- highly standards drive, with great attention to detail
- financial and business awareness, able to work to and deliver on targets
Salary KShs 25,000-35,000
