Our client a leading graphic design firm is seeking to recruit a Business Development Executive / Brand and Sales Executive
Job Duties:
  • Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
  • Developing relationships with clients
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
  • Maximizing new business development opportunities
  • Overseeing a sales team
  • Calling/setting up an appointment with the customers’ /procurement management.
  • Promoting the company services.
  • Once the meeting results into a lead, working on the process (sharing company profile, business card and making further contacts) to get it converted into a project opportunity in coordination with company team.
  • Prepare business proposal or assist the company with the same.
  • Present company proposal/presentation during selection/bidding and be a front-face to
  • Identify potential and anticipated points of brand
  • Support all internal stakeholders to successfully embed culture and brand within the business
  • Support cultural transformation through activities such as planning, designing and implementing brand engagement initiatives
  • Timely escalate culture and brand specific challenges for resolution
  • Periodically Audit and report on progress of brand initiatives
  • Develop, manage and implement internal communication programmes to engage and align all staff the brand and strategy
  • Work with the Strategy team to interpret the business strategy into key internal messages
  • Own the corporate internal communication process to ensure effective, timely communication
  • Ensure that all internal communication and culture programmes are in line with the Brand
Qualifications:   
  • At least a Diploma or Degree in marketing
  • 2-3 years experience in Sales and marketing for a company dealing with graphic design
Competencies:
  • Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market
  • Clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties
  • Pro-actively develops and improve products and services
  • Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
