Accounts Manager Job Vacancy at Sales and Marketing Company in Nairobi Kenya 2013
An independent, fully integrated strategic Sales and Marketing Company based in Nairobi is looking for an Accounts Manager.
The Company is working with a new clothing Manufacturer who is producing t-shirts aimed at people aged 18 – 24 yrs.
Requirements
- Manage the work of 7 brand ambassadors one working on each campus for a period of approximately 6 months (November 2013- April 2014)
- Deal with all aspects of the campaign on campus and as part of promotional events off campus & Work closely with the online campaign manager
- Lead, train and motivate Brand Ambassadors and the Sales Team
- Put in place mechanisms to deal with under performance
- Lead project management activities on campuses
Personal Specifications
- 4 years experience and a degree would be an advantage.
- Written quality documents e.g. final year report or thesis.
- Versatile with standard Office software (word processing, spreadsheets, project management tools).
- Proven understanding of stock control and cash handling across multiple sites.
- Solid and effective communicator.
- Strong prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work flexibly & in a team.
- Ability to motivate individuals who may have a low level of motivation
- Completer / finisher.
- Ability to make considered reasoned decisions and use own initiative.
- Works well to deadlines.
- Role will work from various locations so must be able to travel ideally have a car.
- Prepared to work outside normal business hours where necessary.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.90,000 plus Ksh. 10,000 car allowance
