Our client, a leading security provider in Africa and offering a broad range of security services including manned guarding, Access Control Systems, Alarm Monitoring & Response Systems, Audio / Video Intercom Systems, CCTV Surveillance, Fire Detection & Response Systems, Security Training Services, Vehicle Surveillance among others, is seeking to recruit a Project Manager.
The ideal candidate MUST handled projects in a similar industry.
Key Task and Responsibilities
- Planning, executing and evaluating product launch projects according to pre-determined timelines and budgets
- Developing tools and best practices for project management and execution
- Managing project development from initiation to closure
- Tracking and reporting on project milestones and providing status report
- Leading, coaching and motivating project team members on a proactive basis
- Controlling project plans and approving designs, specifications, plans and schedule changes
- Ensuring that all permits and approvals required for the execution of the project are available and valid
- Developing planning, control methods and procedures

- Coordinating operations of the project implementation in order to meet contractual obligations and targets
- Building and managing project teams and ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycle
Qualifications and Competences
- Degree in any business related field
- CIM Diploma will be an added advantage
- 2 years sales experience in project and/or sales/marketing management
- Excellent communication, both oral and written
- Good leadership skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Proven team working skills
