Logistics and Operations Supervisor
Role: To coordinate operation logistics of the company and will involve travelling between sites and Head office
Creation of materials schedules for each site assigned from BOQ,
Sourcing of suppliers and quotations from suppliers and presenting them for scrutiny
Creation of a materials and suppliers data base
Purchasing of materials approved
Organizing proper and timely delivery of materials to sites
Management of site requisitions
Overseeing and authenticating site stores, records and inventories
Assist the accounts department to follow up clients accounts
Qualifications
Post KCSE Qualifications
Knowledge of construction industry
Qualification in procurement will be an added advantage
Ability to read and interpret Bills of Quantities and added advantage
Honest
Good communicator
Computer Literate-able to use Excel worksheets
Self-Driven, Confident
