As a result of our expansion program and continued business growth, the Bank is seeking to recruit results-oriented persons with a proven track record of achieving results in highly competitive environment to join our dynamic team of Branch Managers (BMs).
- Overall branch growth and relationship management.
- Delivery of agreed business targets and accountability for business growth.
- Leading business development with a focus on growth initiatives at the Business Unit.
- Enforcing compliance.
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers and teammates.
Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in a business related field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of five (6) year’s experience two (2) of which must be in a similar position in a bank.
- Professional Banking qualifications will be an added advantage.
