Within ChildFund International, The People & Culture Unit is tasked with the huge responsibility of attracting, rewarding, retaining and developing a unique talent pool to meet the ever growing ChildFund International Business needs.
We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) for the Africa Regional Office to be based in Nairobi (Kenya), or Addis Ababa (Ethiopia).
The ideal candidate for Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) will have a proven track record of supporting Human Resources Business Partnership Initiatives in a large and multi-faceted Regional office overseeing over 5 National Offices in Africa.
S/he must have demonstrated experience in coordination of regional office human resource activities in the areas of recruitment, remuneration and benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, performance management, employee data management, Expatriate staff relocation and repatriation coordination, and HR Policy implementation.
S/he must demonstrate cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability, including the ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
