Credit Control Accountant

Main Duties

Collecting all outstanding payments

Allocating payments in accordance with customers remittances

Processing and generating reminder letter and monthly statements

Maintain accurate records of all debt chasing activities

Liaise with sales and account receivable teams to resolve outstanding queries.

Requirements

B Com with knowledge in credit management

CPA holder

Min 2 yrs in debt collection

Working experience in accounting packages; e.g Pastel, SAP and Quickbooks

Customer service and negotiating skills

Independent and self motivated and meet deadlines
