Job Description
Reporting to Marketing Manager, the ideal candidates will have the overall responsibility of initiating and executing sales and growing revenue, while promoting and developing effective service to clients to maximize sales volumes.
- Selling advertising for publications
- Generating revenue as per agreed targets
- Generating ideas for new sales and expanding market opportunities;
- Establishing contacts with and developing long term relationships with new clients;
- Meeting targets and prescribed Key Performance Indicators;
- Ready to pick up other related business lines when called upon;
- Contributing to the team and functioning within the organisation’s culture and values.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field;
- Experience in marketing of publications an added advantage;
- Self driven and capable of working with minimum supervision
- Computer knowledge;
- Excellent client service and interpersonal skills;
- Result oriented and flexible;
- Good communicator both orally and in writing;
- Personal integrity is critical;
- Should be a person who is passionate, mature, honest, responsible and trustworthy.
