Qualified and experienced receptionist
Qualifications
Having worked in a busy office / factory setting
Min 3 years experience
Skills and dexterity to handle all calls including Directors, Chairman, Managers, Customers.
Integrity and honesty should be key.
The person should be presentable with good reception handling skills
Must have capacity to multitask including receiving documents and other deliveries
Handling customers and visitors in acceptable standard manner.
The person should be able to make rational instant decisions,be alert at all times and be of good temperament.
Must be computer literate
Diploma / Degree in business
