• Degree in any social science from any recognised University.
• Solid computer competency.
• At least five years experience in cash services operations with at least two years in a senior management position.
• Must have good decision making skills and be reliable, trustworthy and person of a high level of integrity.
• Must have the capacity to provide effective leadership to the operations team and be able to deploy, train and motivate direct report staff.

• Ensure that there is adherence to all the set procedures in cash handling at the vault.
• Ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Ensure that client change requirements are processed promptly.
• Ensure cash set for vault exit are readied as per set timelines vault cash receipts are opened and received under dual control.

• Minimum KCSE C Plain or equivalent with at least a C in mathematics. Graduates in any discipline shall have an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a Bank or in a cash services department in the security industry.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess leadership skills, be honest and a person of undisputed integrity.
• Must have the ability to work long hours under pressure and without close supervision.
• Must be decisive and have the ability to handle unpredictable situations.

• Ensuring that Bank notes are sorted in line with Central Bank of Kenya criteria.
• Management of the cash bundling process as per set procedures.
• Ensuring proper and accurate cash balances by close of business every day.
• Ensuring zero client complaints in regard to cash processing.

• Minimum KCSE C Plain or equivalent.
• Three years relevant experience.
• Must be honest and a person of integrity.
• Must be able to work long hours.
• Should be 25 years and above.
