Job Grade – NCIA 4
An officer at this level will report to the Principal Communication & Marketing Officer.
Qualifications for the Communication & Marketing Officer Job
- Served in the grade of Communication and Marketing Officer for a minimum period of three (3) years;
Or, - Have relevant working experience of at least five(5) years with a minimum of three (3) years in a senior management position in public or private
organization; - Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: -Communication Studies, Public Relations, or Journalism any relevant and equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
- Attended a Senior Management Course in a recognized institution lasting not less than four (4) weeks;
- Have met all the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya;
- Proven knowledge and work experience in communications and marketing strategies;
- Be a member of a recognized professional body in good standing.
