Fortune Sacco membership comprises farmers, the business community, and salaried employees within Kirinyaga County.
We are looking to discover highly committed and motivated professionals to fill the position of Microfinance Officers.
The role holder should have a minimum of:
- A diploma in micro finance, Co-operative Management, Banking or business administration.
- At least one year of practical experience in Group Lending.
- In-depth knowledge of the micro-finance industry trends and practices.
- Proficient in spoken and knowledge of the geographical terrain in Kirinyaga) desirable.
You should be a highly driven person with excellent knowledge and skills in loan portfolio management, savings mobilization, customer support, working in a team, and relationship management.
The role also requires substantive performance analysis and excellent reporting skills.
You should not be more than 35 years of age.
