We currently pride in over 6,000 individual members drawn from over 350 NGO’s, and Reputable organizations in Kenya.
We are looking for suitable candidate to fill the position of Accounts Assistant reporting to the Assistant Accountant.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Updating of standing orders and bank transfers to members’ accounts and organisations
- Assisting in preparation of Bank and Mpesa reconciliation
- Customer service regarding individual remittances
- Assisting in preparation of monthly financial reports
- Reconciliation of ledger accounts
- Marketing of the Sacco
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
Qualifications:
- Minimum KSCE C plain
- CPA part II
- A degree in business related field
Skills and Desired Qualities:
- Hands on experience in using ERP software and Microsoft office packages
- Good analytical, skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, must be a team player and able to work under minimum supervision.
Experience:
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience
