Seeking Kenya based consultant – End of Project Evaluation
Living Earth Foundation is seeking an independent consultant to conduct an end of project evaluation for our Climate Action Teams project: Mobilising Kenyan Youth for Action on Climate Change.
LEF is looking for consultants with a strong record in conducting evaluations and experience of evaluating DFID projects is desirable.
The consultant will need respect and credibility within the field, excellent knowledge of monitoring and evaluation in theory and practice.
The consultant should have the following skills and competencies:
- Demonstrable experience of producing high-quality, credible evaluations (examples required).
- Demonstrable experience of working with/evaluating NGO work.
- Experience of participatory approaches in evaluation.
- Knowledge of at least one of the following sectors is desirable: Youth, Climate Change, Enterprise Development.
- Ability to write concise, readable and analytical reports and understanding of public communications.
